1 INTRODUCTION
Vacuum transfer printing process is base on the physical reaction between the special inks and a powder-coated substrate (or wet paint, electroplating). At the correct temperature and pressure, the pigment inks transfer from a paper or film and are absorbed into the coating layer. Because the inks are first printed onto a paper or film, the photographic reproduction of any design or pattern is possible
Working process with blanket table:

24 sucking heads, 12 at each end with adjustable height. This enable to fix the profiles at one layer (12 pieces) or at two layers (24 pieces)
All above three types of working table can be used with same machine.

Within the guarantee time, the seller should be responsible for quality problem of the equipment except for man-made damage or problem caused by wrong operation.
After guarantee period, the seller will provide necessary support on the customer’s demand and charge reasonably based on material cost.
